Bulk profit analyzer
One listing losing money is invisible. Forty of them look like a slow shop. Paste your product list below and SellerKit prices every row at once: net profit, margin and the break-even price for each product, using the fee schedule of whichever marketplace you sell on.
No sign-up, no upload. The calculation runs in your browser, so your costs stay on your computer.

How to use it
- Export your product list. Every marketplace can produce one: Etsy under Shop Manager › Settings › Options › Download Data, Shopify under Products › Export, eBay and Amazon from their seller reports. A hand-kept spreadsheet works just as well.
- Make sure price and cost are both there. Price is what the buyer pays for the item. Cost is what the item costs you. Add shipping cost and any ads or returns percentage you want included.
- Read the bottom of the list first. Results are sorted with the worst products at the top. Anything negative is losing money on every sale; anything under 15% margin is working hard for very little.
What the numbers mean
Platform fees are everything the marketplace and the payment processor take out of that order, calculated on the same rules as the individual calculators on this site: commission on the order total, per-order fixed fees, payment processing and listing fees.
Net profit is what is left after the fees, your item cost, your shipping and packaging, and any returns reserve. It is the number that eventually reaches your bank account, before income tax.
Break-even price is the lowest price you could accept for that product and still not lose money. It is the single most useful number in a negotiation, a sale event or a best-offer conversation.
Why check the whole catalogue instead of one product
Pricing mistakes cluster in the cheap end of a catalogue. A small item carries the same fixed fees as an expensive one, so the percentage cost of selling it is far higher — and if the price was copied from a competitor who buys in bulk, the listing can be negative from the first day. Because those listings sell slowly, the shop owner reads the symptom as weak demand rather than negative margin, and keeps paying to advertise them.
Running the whole list once takes a minute and usually surfaces two or three products that need a price change, a shipping change or delisting. Those are the cheapest fixes available to a small shop, because they cost nothing but an edit.
Bulk profit analyzer FAQ
Does anything get uploaded to a server?
No. The whole analysis runs in your browser with JavaScript. Your product list, costs and prices never leave your computer, and there is no account to create.
What file formats can I use?
Any plain text table: CSV, TSV or a pasted export from a spreadsheet. Comma, tab, semicolon and pipe separated files are all detected automatically, including files where some fields are wrapped in quotes.
Do I need a header row?
No, but it helps. If the first row contains recognisable column names, SellerKit matches them automatically. Without a header the tool assumes the order name, price, shipping charged, shipping cost, item cost, other cost, ads percent and returns percent.
How many products can I analyse for free?
The free tool analyses 25 products at a time. Paste a longer list and you still get the summary of everything found, plus an analysis of the first 25 rows.
Which costs should I include?
Everything that only happens because that item sold: the item or material cost, the real cost of the label and packaging, any handling or fulfilment charge, advertising you pay per sale, and a reserve for returns. Do not include rent or software subscriptions — those are fixed costs, and they belong in a separate break-even calculation.
