What sellers get wrong on TikTok Shop

Pricing against the headline fee only. The commission is rarely the whole cost: fixed fees, payment processing and advertising add several points on top.
Forgetting what shipping really costs. If you charge the buyer less than the label and packaging actually cost, every sale quietly loses money.
Ignoring returns. A 3% return rate on a 20% margin product removes a sixth of your profit. Put it in the reserve field.
Never checking the break-even price. Knowing the lowest price you can accept on an offer is the difference between a negotiation and a loss.
