The most useful thing you can send is a correction: a fee that has changed, a rate that differs in your country, or a calculator that gives the wrong answer for your sale.
Please include the platform, your country and the rate you are seeing in your own payout report. Corrections are checked against the platform's published fee page and then updated on the site.
How quickly we reply
This is a small independent site, so replies usually take a few days. Fee corrections are prioritised over everything else because a wrong rate is worse than a missing tool.
What we cannot help with
- Account, payout or suspension problems at a marketplace. Contact the platform directly.
- Tax or accounting advice. Rates here are planning estimates, not tax filings.
- Individual pricing decisions for a specific shop. The calculators are the answer to that.
Before you write
Every rate on this site is editable on purpose. If a default does not match your account, open the Edit the fee rates panel on the calculator and enter your own numbers rather than waiting for a reply.
